At Horti Cubic, we hope you will be satisfied with your purchase, but if for any reason you are not, we are here to help. If you need to return an item, please send an email to info@horticubic.com to initiate the process. You have 30 calendar days from the date of receipt to return an item. 

Our team will do their best to process your exchange or refund request within 8 business days. Refunds will be credited to your credit card.

Please note that return shipping costs are your responsibility.
